
Vasilis Kalfountzos was fairly new to Salesforce when he started his role as Sales Operations Manager at One Click LCA. Vasilis says he knew “almost nothing” about Salesforce before taking on this role as “Accidental Admin,” leaving him feeling frustrated by how long certain tasks could take to complete. “Honestly, since we got Sweep, life has become substantially easier,” he says.

Vasilis and his team were working with an external consultant to build the company’s Salesforce configuration. With this support in place, Vasilis relied on Sweep’s AI-powered documentation tools to quickly determine the existing infrastructure of the environment. “For me, the biggest thing has been the documentation part,” says Vasilis. “I wasn’t involved when we were developing things - I was merely assisting with the specs.” He was spending too much time manually searching for things within the configuration.
But with Sweep, he was able to virtually eliminate the time he was spending searching for specific elements. “Now I just log into Sweep and search for whatever it is that I’m looking for,” says Vasilis. "Then I find how it’s being used and where it’s being used which made things very easy.”

Recently, Vasilis was tasked with overhauling One Click LCA’s sales process that was more tailored to the prospects' experience. “We wanted to focus on having more control over the entire process,” explains Vasilis. “Now, what this actually meant is that we’d have to change stage names, introduce new stages, but also add gates, meaning that you cannot move forward unless you have confirmed certain criteria with the prospect. Plus, we wanted to create automations to simplify the pipeline management process.”
Not only was Vasilis able to use Sweep’s visual workspace to design the entire sales process - instead of manually sketching it out on a Miro board - but he was also able to add built-in reminders for the sales team to follow up with prospects who had been sitting in a stage for too long or had been moved to closed/lost, but needed to be reenaged. “Sweep was instrumental in making this process as painless for me as possible,” Vasilis says.
As he continued to refine the process, Vasilis was also able to stay in control of any updates that he needed to make. “It’s very easy to implement quick small changes and updates to Salesforce,” says Vasilis. “If you have an idea about something that could potentially improve the life of the end users, with Sweep you can make it reality within a few clicks - basically.”
Plus, Sweep gave him the confidence to move ahead with his plans without having concerns around breaking an existing part of the configuration. “It’s pretty difficult to mess things up when you use Sweep," says Vasilis. “It's pretty obvious to see what you're changing and what you're not changing.”
Recently One Click LCA acquired two additional companies. As the company grew, Vasilis needed to merge the two new companies into One Click LCA’s existing Salesforce configuration. By using Sweep’s built-in deduplication tools, he was able to immediately identify and remove any redundant records in order to maintain data cleanliness.
Vasilis and his team were eager to learn how much time an opportunity was spending in each stage. “The reason we ended up with Sweep to track velocity was because it was just simple to do,” says Vasilis. “We didn't have to think of all the fields, automations and reports required to do this work, simply deploy Sweep's velocity plugin and that was it.” This not only saved him time, but also allowed him to gain a better understanding of how the pipeline is functioning.
By using Sweep, Vasilis and the One Click LCA team were able to simplify their workflows, increase their efficiency, and completely overhaul their sales process.
