Elizabeth DiRusso, Director of Revenue Operations at Eleos, joined the team, she knew she wanted to move the company from HubSpot to Salesforce. While she doesn’t have her admin certification, Elizabeth had worked with Salesforce before and was more than confident in her ability to set the team up for success.

However, given that Eleos was an early stage startup with goals to scale quickly, Elizabeth was eager to kick off the implementation process without external support. With Sweep, Elizabeth was able to fully implement Salesforce, set up a new sales funnel, support all of her end users, and provide leadership with real-time reports all without having to hire an external consultant or admin for the team.

Eleos is a provider-focused behavioral health AI platform that streamlines documentation, simplifies compliance, and surfaces deep care insights to drive better client outcomes. Created using the industry’s largest database of real-world behavioral health sessions and fine-tuned by their in-house clinical experts, Eleos’ AI tools are scientifically proven to reduce documentation time by more than 70%, boost client engagement by 2x, and improve symptom reduction by 3–4x. With Eleos, behavioral health providers are free to focus less on administrative tasks and more on what got them into this field in the first place: caring for their clients.

Seamless Salesforce implementation with Sweep

Eleos purchased Salesforce at the same time as Sweep, a strategic decision by Elizabeth to accelerate implementation. "Within the course of one or two days, we had our new business funnel all built out," says Elizabeth. "That's much faster than I've experienced before. Historically, the updating of a sales funnel and setting the gates and setting the dependencies and the validation rules, and all that will take you up to a month."

By eliminating manual setup and streamlining workflows, Sweep enabled Eleos to go live with Salesforce nearly a month faster, reducing their timeline by 85-95%.

Supporting end users using Salesforce

Additionally, Elizabeth was able to provide guidance for her end users who were looking to use Salesforce to track important data points. She credits Sweep’s dynamic path feature in helping her give the proper support to these end users.

“Sweep made it very, very easy for my end users to know exactly what was expected of them,” says Elizabeth. “And then, if they weren't doing something right, I was able to highlight it for them.” This improved Salesforce adoption across the company and ensured that the data being inputted into the CRM was accurate and consistent.

Finding a lead routing solution that works

Given her professional experience, Elizabeth knew that Eleos was going to need a customizable lead routing solution that the team could use and scale. “I came from an enterprise size company where we had built out our own lead routing tool called the assign-o-matic,” Elizabeth explains. “So it was a delight for me to go into Sweep and see that, like this feature already existed.”

Once Elizabeth was able to set up the team’s complicated lead routing logic, she has been extremely happy with the results. “Nobody's really brought anything to my attention of being wrong, which is a RevOps person's dream,” she says. “You only hear when things go wrong, so not hearing anything at all is a really good sign.”

And the team is already focused on future success, including adding a new territory in 2025. But adding new layers of complexity does not phase Elizabeth when she’s working within Sweep. “I know it's going to be very, very easy for me to go in quickly, update lead routing, and know that it will work,” she says.

Plus, Elizabeth has been able to save a ton of time when it comes to managing Eleos’ lead routing logic. “Updating our routing usually took at least a day,” says Elizabeth. “Now it takes less than an hour.”

Building a custom billing solution

Eleos needed a way to track invoicing for customers as well as cash collection and Elizabeth knew that this project was going to have a significant impact on the business. “We have milestone billing, which means we have to wait for something to happen in order to bill the customer,” explains Elizabeth. “But a problem with that is, how do we let everybody know when the thing that needs to happen … has happened.”

Instead of outsourcing and adding a CPQ to their existing tech stack, she decided to take on the build herself. She used Sweep’s Slack alerts and simplified rollups tool to manage communication and ensure timely cash collection for the company. “I credit Sweep with significantly helping with the speed for our cash collection, just because all of a sudden everything was visible,” says Elizabeth. “It made sense and was clear, and folks knew where to look at it.”

Not only did she save time and money by not adding a new tool to her budget, but she also managed to create the entire system in only two days using Sweep. Plus she managed to improve visibility across the sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams who all needed to stay in the loop when it came to billing timelines.

Additional Sweep features that improve efficiency

“Sweep is constantly adding little enhancements that I didn't know I wanted,” says Elizabeth. “A great example of that is, compare and deploy: being able to see all the different elements and seeing what I've changed, what's live, what's not live. I never would have thought I needed that, but it's incredibly useful.”

Elizabeth also relies on Sweep’s AI-powered documentation to take the manual task of documenting everything off of her plate. “I hate documenting,” she explains. “But I want everything to be documented.” By using Sweep, this is one persistent task that she can permanently check off her list.

By using Sweep, Elizabeth was able to implement Salesforce, migrate over from HubSpot, launch a new, custom CPQ solution, and provide end users with the guidance they needed to be successful using the CRM all while saving her company money by using in-house resources.
